THE BASIC TERMS
The inbox is an orange box attached to the I-mini free art gallery.
The objectives for the gallery.
The donations that go into the inbox (these donations are not cash they are scrap material to help new artists participate without having to buy supplies or use the lack of it as an excuse- this is part of encouraging art and creative people to try without standing in their own way). Everyone willing should make donations or collect donations and add them to the inbox of their nearest I-mini gallery.
The flyer will be attached to the gallery box.

What you might want o know if you are considering becoming a venue host.
what you need from me needs to be confirmed.
Please let me know if I need to schedule the interview pop-by with you beforehand and if its okay to do the taking photo's of the gallery and refill the inbox if it's empty as a pop-by randomly a couple of times a week or if should it be scheduled.

Since each establishment differs we can decide if the weekly contest with themes is something your gallery wants to include or leave out and if you need me to provide the inbox resources and even extra things small cut paper and other material or will this gallery be able to function without extra involvement from me.

Let me know if I need to help residents or staff with making art by doing some volunteer work and an explanation of how it works meeting with them or will that degree of involvement not be needed from me and if you will be able to manage it.

The gallery objectives
Surveys & documentary
The survey will be a barcode on the gallery flyer that can be scanned to simply review your gallery experience and this is encouraged to be filled in by all. The documentary is more voluntary but the survey is also voluntary. The documentary will be about people I find interacting with the gallery the day I come to film and venue hosts. The feedback in surveys will be used to determine how creativity will flourish or remain the same if it's free and constantly encouraged as well as see if different environments and age groups or personalities of the people that engage with the particular hosted venue have an influence on its success or failure. Success would be active engagement. This is why a documentary along with the surveys will be summarised and used as part of my task.
hosting period and host involvement
If the galleries succeed more will be launched even after my project is over since I'm extremely passionate about this and if so venue hosts will be able to choose to continue or end their hosting period and if they want to help fund future galleries with me or collaborate in another way.if you don’t want to continue, the period will automatically end on the 24th of November 2022 and I will remove the gallery. Not all venue hosts will have galleries for that long since I might remove the gallery and relocate it if I feel I have gained enough insight from that venue for my task and I still need a bigger variety of locations and demographics for the task. When I and if I remove the gallery I will ask you if you want to continue to collaborate with me when my task is over and if you want to be a venue host or be more active by still being a host but also helping the campaign in other ways and maybe gaining some awareness for your business through it as well. These methods or ways you want to be involved can be brainstormed and decided then if you choose to continue hosting after I completed the task. All these decisions can be made or discussed then but if you choose not to continue I will still be incredibly thankful to you for helping me complete this task. If you are a host until the end of my task we can discuss it on the 10th of November. This task will be handed in on 23 November
will this project be environmentally conscious?
The gallery box itself is a plastic shoebox container that I bought since I needed a transparent box, but all other material used has been recycled or scrap pieces of material we had in the house because I want to keep this project as green as possible.
Host involvement
The minimum and basic request is to allow me to put a shoe box on your property for a while. The degree of involvement is up to you and you can always tell me if you want to be more involved which would be great news even if you just promote the gallery inside your establishment or on social media. This project would cost you nothing unless you want it to and that would be donating scrap material for the inbox or maybe in the future helping fund another gallery if this succeeds and you want to. The methods or ways you want to be involved can be brainstormed and decided when we meet and if you want to be more involved right away or after my project is over just let me know. This campaign is about creativity so brainstorming and incorporating your ideas as an extra part of the campaign would be exactly on the mission. Just let me know if you want to donate resources or time and then we can figure out how it can help the campaign.
